Front Office Organization
More than a location in your practice, your front office is a process. It exists to make sure patient attendance is high, flow is efficient, and service thorough. This is no small order in a busy practice. The process can be simplified though. With the proper procedures, staff and patient training (yes you can train patients), you can easily increase patient volume while maintaining the highest levels of patient care.
This program is geared toward maintaining fluidity with regards to patient care. We will establish a process for each type of patient that visits your practice. From the way they sign in, to the paperwork they are supposed to receive. We will cover the proper way to greet and interact with patients, and the proper amount of time to spend with each one. This program will teach basic skills that will enable your staff to mirror your needs at any given time. This process is best achieved by teaching the staff to focus on one solution at a time, while collectively understanding what is going on everywhere in the practice. A combination of multitasking, and Hyper-focus, the term is called Multi-focus.
Back Office Organization
Whether your back office is the front desk, or a dedicated workspace, the back office is like a waterfall. It looks the same, but is always moving. Most offices waste between 10-15 percent of their annual revenue in the following three ways:

Having the proper information in a patient file at the proper time will eliminate the need to repeat efforts such as rebilling, collections, and proper documentation.
