Our staff is dedicated to understanding the Chiropractic profession and the specific needs required to maintain the highest levels of reimbursement possible. Our staff are certified using multiple billing software applications and are required to attend one billing seminar per quarter to maintain current industry knowledge in coding, and ICD standardization. These services are provided strictly to Chiropractors who are seeking the freedom of delegating this highly sensitive responsibility to a team of individuals who are highly motivated in building long term relationships with each and every client

Some D.C.’s are nervous about the thought of “outsourcing” billing responsibilities. This is understandable, however, we like to think of ourselves as an extension of your practice. Our dedicated staff, focus full time on nothing but getting your money where it belongs… in your bank. By making sure that you are choosing the most effective codes to document your treatment, our staff will increase your average amount of collections. By billing electronically, we will get you paid on most claims in 7 to 10 days. Should the need for collections arise, the Summit staff is professionally trained and will treat your patients with courtesy and respect.

There are three types of billing services offered through Summit Consulting:

Electronic Billing Portal
This service is merely a portal for clients who wish to maintain their own billing, but are looking for a cost effective solution for billing electronically. Using our SecureClaims.com portal, your staff can bill electronically for as low as $49.95 per month. Bill as often or as infrequently as you wish. Retrieve statements and billing reports online 24/7/365.

On Call Billing
This service was created for the practice that may not have the need for a billing service every week, but would like one on call for the following reasons:

  • Employee Turnover in the Practice
    We maintain knowledge of your policies and billing process. If ever you suffer from turnover, our simple and easy to activate system is ready on a moments notice. Should you suffer from an employee loss (temporary or permanent) we will continue to maintain your receivables. We will keep the pipeline clean and your money flowing while you decide the best course of action.

  • Overflow Management
    Whether you have gotten a little bit behind, or are experiencing more volume than normal, let us help. Summit Consulting is a tool that you can use when you need us. We can work on a specific aging category, or if you prefer we handle a specific case type.

Full Service Chiropractic Billing
This is our specialty. Serving you completely. Whatever your needs, we will mirror them. However tall the order, we are ready to serve you. Ask about our daily billing process. Our full service billing option is by far our most popular choice. You tell us who and when to bill and we take it from there. Once your bills leave our office, you are sent a report explaining what we did and what you can expect. Once weekly, you are sent a billing report. This report will show you that we are hard at work. We track not only aging and accounts receivable, but watch very closely outstanding claims, co-payment balances, and collection recalls.
